Biography
Son of the harpichord builder Michel Immenraet from Cologne and Marie de Valentijn (died 1674). He was married 8 February 1661 to Maria Vergouwen (1627-died 27 November 1664), sister of the painter Joanna Vergouwen.
Master in the Guild of St. Luke in Antwerp between 18 September 1663 and 18 September 1664.
In 1673-1678 he painted together with his assistant Johann Melchior Benckert, thirty-three decoration pieces for today's Unionskirche on the commision of Count Johannes of Nassau-Idstein. Most of them following compositions by Rubens.
