Central niche of the altarpiece of the Main Sacristy of the Cathedral of Cuenca, composed around 1764 by the master José Martín de Aldehuela relocating older pieces.
This relief possibly comes from the main altarpiece that the bishop Lope de Barrientos (Medina del Campo, 1382-Cuenca, 1469) ordered to acquire in the fair of Medina del Campo.
